One Dress, 3 Looks... Plus A Review

I thought it would be fun to show how a jacket and tights could update any look for winter! I wore this Parker dress over the Summer and loved how easy it was to throw on and go. Last night I had a Christmas party to attend and decided to add some black J. Crew dot tights and YSL suede pumps to the floral number to make it cold weather appropriate. I ended up wearing my Juicy faux fur jacket but a blazer, like the Elizabeth and James one pictured above, would have been a fun choice as well. So, the moral of this post is to say that you can wear your Spring/Summer clothes in the Winter (especially if you live in LA!)- just add jackets and accessories that tone them down and make them work for the season.

On a side note, I got most of the packages from my previous post: The Gemma top is awesome as is the 12th St. dress, both are keepers. The Myne dress is so cute in person but the pockets are horrible. I decided to keep it and have the pockets taken out and it taken in some as well. Unfortunately the Rebecca Taylor top and Patterson J. Kincaid dress were horrible on- they were both enormous! Hope that helps if anyone was interested in the above items!

Thanks for your reviews on your purchases! I love how you styled a summer dress for your Christmas party. It looks great with tights and your Juicy jacket!

the RT top was sooo huge on me as well! I had to return. It also cut off my chest in a very unflattering way!
You look adorable in the Parker dress and Juicy coat!!
