This past weekend I attended the Lululemon Warehouse Sale at the Convention Center in Downtown LA... It was pretty out of control! I went at an off time on Saturday but still had to wait in line for an hour before even getting inside the sale and to be honest I was pretty disappointed once I did. It was mostly things that had been on the sale racks this past spring and summer... I almost left with nothing but it was hard to pass up a sports bra and pair of crops for $9 each in a fun pink color!

How I Spent My... Weekend

1. Starting the weekend off with a beer flight [pic of my friend Linds' choices who got one with me!]. 2. Starbucks run before our yoga class. 3. The sunset at the Hotel Del in Coronado. 4. Cocktails at 1500 Ocean at the hotel [I got a mojito with a champagne float... try it, you won't regret it!].

Before we head into this weekend, a little recap of what I did last Friday, Saturday and Sunday.... I went to a Bachelorette Bash in Coronado for one of my best friends with all the other bridesmaids to celebrate her upcoming October wedding. We had so much fun together relaxing, taking a private yoga class, going to the beach, dining at the Hotel Del and staying up late playing games and eating ice cream [true story, I had a taxi take us to the market to buy it]! Unfortunately my phone is on its last leg [wait until you see a pic of the cracked screen] and I didn't have my camera out much so these are the only pics I have.... All the girls wore black Saturday night [the bride wore white] and I wore this Helmut Lang dress [which is on sale here but Shopbop will price match and they have all sizes still here!].

After a crazy heat wave across the country it seems like the weather is slowly starting to cool down... This time of year always makes me wish I lived on the east coast so I could take advantage of wearing all the amazing coats and outwear that are in stores right now! If I had to narrow it down to four pieces for fall I'd go with a leather number, a look with texture, something in a fun color and an oversized cocoon coat so that all your bases are covered [like the Vince Crop Leather Moto Jacket, Iro Analea Jacket, Elizabeth and James Colton Coat in Lipstick and the J.Crew Stadium Cocoon Coat]. For Labor Day weekend we headed up to Santa Barbara to stay at Bacara for a few days. It was so nice to relax and it was also Hudson's first vacation [and his 8 month birthday!]... he absolutely loved the pool! This weekend I'm headed to a Bachelorette party for one of my best girlfriends... photos of that next week! Have a great weekend! XOXO
