Slumdog No More

 

Freida Pinto looked stunning at a Chanel event this past week.  The simple palette of black and off white are anything but plain with the dramatic black necklace detail and the intricate structure of her dress.  Can't wait to see her take over the big screen after her wonderful performance in the Oscar winning Slumdog Millionaire.

Best Dressed: BAFTA Awards

 

The British equivalent of the Oscars, aka the BAFTA Awards, brought out some fashionable ladies on Sunday, February 8th.  My picks for best dressed are from clockwise top left: Freida Pinto (Slumdog Millionarie) in Oscar de le Renta, Marisa Tomei (The Wrestler) in Etro, Amy Adams (Doubt) in RM by Roland Mouret and Angelina Jolie (The Changeling) in Armani Prive.  Can't wait to see what they all wear to the Oscars on February 22nd!
