Recipe: Recently Made Dishes

{I substituted quinoa for the couscous and added red pepper flakes and extra chili powder.}

Quinoa with garbanzo beans, feta and chopped red pepper dressed with lemon juice, olive oil, white truffle oil and oregano.  Salt and pepper to taste.

{ I halved the recipe and it made 12 muffins.  I also omitted the shredded coconut.}

Leave a comment with a link to your favorite recipe if you want to share.  I would love to try some new things! XOXO

I'd love to hear what you thought of these recipes too... the pictures are great but there's no real opinion on if they were good, what you would do differently and if you recommend them!

I did a post a little while ago on low-fat oatmeal muffins (substituting apple sauce for most of the oil)..they turned out super yummy!! Will definitely be trying your banana crunch muffins!

That banana muffin recipe is my go-to for house guests! I've recently been hunting for a new veg chili so I will give that a shot, thanks!

Can't wait to try the chili... it looks amazing!

A couple of my go-to recipes include these blueberry muffins (the topping makes too much, though):

these thumbprints:

This angel food cake (with half the recommended almond extract):

And this red velvet:
