My Fav Fashionista: Fashion Week Style

Nicole Richie has been seen all over NYC this past week but most importantly front row at multiple shows in the Bryant Park tents.  My fav girl donned a little black silk jumper at Proenza Schouler, a blue and black striped number at DKNY's 20th runway show, and a hippy headband and leather mini at Marc Jacobs.  All looks are fab but my fav is the MJ look.  Hopefully we'll see Ms. Richie at a few more shows before Fashion Week is over!

Best Show Ever: The Rachel Zoe Project

"I DIE"..."Bananas"..."Shut It Down"...I am obsessed with Bravo's The Rachel Zoe Project which premiered last night.  So obsessed and in love that I have already watched it 2 and a half times!  I thought that Rachel was really charming and I of course wanted everything in her studio.  I can't wait until next Tuesday!

Harlow=Too Cute

Baby Harlow looks so adorable in these recent pics with mommy Nicole Richie.  The cute duo was seen walking around NYC each with a Starbucks in hand.  Love Nicole's carefree hippy style and Harlow's purple romper!

Queen B: Fashion Week Style

My favorite Gossip Girl Leighton Meester has been seen all over fashion week and is continuing to prove why she is the Queen B.  She looked pretty in pink at the Julie Haus show and looked absolutely divine in yellow at Diane Von Furstenberg on Sunday.  Until next time...xoxo

Update:  Added the center pic of Leighton at Phillip Lim's show

Best Dressed at VMAs

Even though I am biased and think that B. Spears killed it (best dressed in my book), there are two other ladies that stepped it up a notch on the red carpet.  I was disappointed with most people but Lauren Conrad and Bar Rafaeli looked amazing.  LC was wearing a Pogah Couture hand painted design while Bar rocked a Hurley dress and Badgley Mischka jewelry.  Too bad the over all show was a disappointment...

Britney Part 2

Hot hot hot.  I love the second dress even more than the first (but both looked amazing!).  Brit rocked another Versace dress to pick up her other 2 VMAs for a total of 3 on Sunday night.  I'm so excited for her and can't wait for her to make a total comeback (new cd, tour, performances, etc).  She deserves it!

It's Official...She's Back (for reals)!!!

OMG. I love B Spears. Never stopped, never will.  Wearing a silver Versace dress, Brit showed us what we've been missing at the 2008 VMAs.  Heart her!

Celeb Style of the Day: Victoria Beckham

"Easy V doesn't come for free, she's a real lady"- Spice Girls 'Wannabe'

There is only one word to describe Victoria Beckham's style and that word pays homage to her Spice Girls alter ego: Posh.  VB is always dressed to the nines in form fitting, structured shapes and solid colors.  I love that no matter how over the top her look is, Victoria always owns her style with sophistication and ease.

Louis Love

I'm trapped inside today because of the rain but I've been enjoying online shopping for some cozy fall items.  I love Louis Vuitton for obvious reasons but I have been lusting over their scarves for the past few months, especially the limited edition ones as seen on Rihanna and Kate.  Need it.

Leopard Scarf as seen on Kate available at eluxury.com for $725

Britney's Back

Words cannot express how excited I am for B. Spears to open the VMAs tomorrow night... I mean nothing can be as bad as her performance last year in Vegas so I only have high hopes for her.  MSN posted a "secret" video of Brit practicing a dance to a new song, perhaps for tomorrow night?  Check out the video here.

Old Faithful: Lolita Lempicka

Lolita Lempicka is one of my all time favorite perfumes (and quite possibly my absolute favorite).  I've gone through two bottles now and I'm sure I will buy another when this one runs out.  It reminds me of vanilla and baby powder mixed with a scent that I can't describe but it takes me back to tenth grade every time I put it on (which is a good thing).

Available at Sephora; $42 for 1 oz, $63 for 1.7 oz, $84 for 3.3 oz

Gorgeous Gown

This beautiful Atelier Versace gown that Anne Hathaway wore to a recent premiere deserves a post of its own.  Its so dramatic and just screams "look at me" which I absolutely love.  Gorgeous.

Hot Mama

J. Lo looks beautiful on the new cover of Elle.  The new mommy to two graces the pages of the October issue of the magazine posing and wearing the gowns of designers like Diane Von Furstenberg, Marchesa's Georgina Chapman, and Chanel's Karl Lagerfeld.  I'm looking forward to reading a copy of this in Madison Square Park with a Shake Shack black and white milkshake later this week :)

Celeb Style of the Day: Keira Knightley

Thank goodness once again for the magical work of Rachel Zoe.  Her client, Keira Knightley, always has the most whimsical, fairy tale like gowns on the red carpet and both her figure and attitude make the most of them.  She often wears one of a kind designs which just further ensure that she will stand out among the rest.

90210 version 2.0

So just finished watching the new 90210...I think I'll have to watch a few more times to see if I become a hardcore fan but I'm pretty addicted so far (although nothing will compare to the original).  My favorite new character was Naomi and obviously I love Kelly Taylor.  I'm dying to know who her baby's daddy is (my vote is for Dylan)?

Shake Ya Tail Feather

I just got a super fun top at Bergdorf Goodman's this past Friday.  It's Elizabeth and James (my fav) and it's from their Fall collection which has a theme of subtle plaid, feathers, and sleek shapes.  I'm so excited to wear this out and I alreay have two outfits in mind for it: 1. With skinny jeans and my tan CL's and 2. Worn as a tunic with black tights and my black patent CL's

Elizabeth and James Feather Vintage Tank $225 and Emmeline Top $363 available at Bergdorf's and RevolveClothing.com

My Lipgloss is Poppin'

I have obsessive compulsive tendencies when it comes to buying lipgloss it's ridiculous.  I almost always have 15 glosses in my purse and I rarely ever finish one.  My favorite brand of gloss to buy is Chanel's Glossimer because of their perfect consistency and vast range of shades.  Here is part of my collection (from left to right): Myriade, Pink Ribbons, Waterlily, Glow, Coral Reef, Seashell and Iris.

Chanel Glossimer Lipglosses available at Saks for $26

Tribute to YSL

I have been obsessed with the YSL tribute sandals for some time now and when I saw LC wearing a winterized suede and gold version my love was reaffirmed.  I think the the structure of this shoe makes it worth the price because they are neutral yet unique.  Baker's has a knock off but I think the YSL tributes are worth saving up for the real thing.

Available on YSL's website for $760

Good Gossip

So just watched the premiere of season 2 of Gossip Girl.  While I didn't think the story lines were anything original I did love a lot of the wardrobe choices.  My favorite look was Serena's Oscar de la Renta gown which she wore to the white party accessorized with diamonds in her hair.  Hopefully the fashion stays up to par for the rest of the season!
