Gossip Girl: Blair Waldorf

  

OMG I just love Blair's style, especially in the past two episodes of Gossip Girl.  The one shoulder chartreuse dress that she wore during her scandalous party with the Lord and Chuck was divine especially with the jewel detailed headband.  This past Monday I was obsessed with her little white caplet with the black rosette collar...I mean could a school uniform look anymore chic? I think not. XOXO

Good Gossip

So just watched the premiere of season 2 of Gossip Girl.  While I didn't think the story lines were anything original I did love a lot of the wardrobe choices.  My favorite look was Serena's Oscar de la Renta gown which she wore to the white party accessorized with diamonds in her hair.  Hopefully the fashion stays up to par for the rest of the season!

Must Buy of the Day: Gossip Girl Season One

  

The week has finally arrived...Gossip Girl Season One is now on DVD! I am so excited to rewatch each episode with pen and paper in hand to take notes on the girls (and guys) fabulous and fashion forward style. I adore the way the series stylist have embedded both high and low designers throughout the cast's wardrobe, especially when it comes to the teens school uniforms.

(oh, and if you're wondering, I'm a mix of Blair "mean girl but good girl at heart" and Serena "I don't care what other people think, but I really do.")
