There were lots of beautiful looks at last night's Academy Awards but my favorite look, hands down, went to Kate Hudson. The fit, the bead work, the cape, hair and makeup were simply flawless! Btw, Olivia Wilde is probably the cutest pregnant girl ever... loved her black and white look with the beautiful jewelry and cat eye. Who rocked your favorite look of the night?

P.S. Totally forgot to add them but I also loved Jennifer Garner's whole look and Lupita Nyong'o's  gorgeous blue gown [didn't love the headband though]. XOXO

Last night was Fashion's biggest night: The Oscars. I thought the actual show was very entertaining [I loved the musical performances] but the looks on the red carpet left me wanting more especially after last years great looks [remember Gwyneth's cape?]. My favorite ensemble from head to toe was Jessica Chastain's Armani Prive gown, perfectly coiffed hair and red lips. Besides Jessica's look, I think I liked the fashion at the after parties more! Best Dressed: 2011 MET Ball

My favorite fashion day of the year: the MET Ball! Even better? This year the exhibition paid tribute to the late Alexander McQueen aka genius and the fashion house behind Kate Middleton's wedding dress (more on that later).

My two favorite looks by a mile are Liv Tyler in Givenchy- so refreshing and fun- and Diane Kruger in Jason Wu- she always looks amazing!

The above looks were a little "safe" but I thought Diana Argon in Michael Kors, Rosie Huntington-Whitely in Burberry and Gwyneth Paltrow in Stella McCartney all looked lovely.

These two ladies took quite a risk but I appreciate it: Isabel Lucas in Louis Vuitton and Blake Lively in Chanel Haute Couture.

Best Dressed: 2010 Met Gala

The Metropolitan Museum Of Art Costume Institute Ball is my favorite fashion event of the year- even better than the Oscar's in my opinion. Celebrities, designers, editors and models-basically anyone that has anything to do with fashion- come out in full force to showcase the most fashion forward dresses around and take a lot more risks than usual. This year's theme was "American Woman." Cue Lenny Kravitz's song...

My three favorite dresses: Riley Keough (Elvis' granddaughter) in Thakoon- amazing dress with so much detail. Calvin Klein clad Diane Kruger is timeless to a T. Sienna Miller rocks Emilio Pucci with perfect hair and makeup to match.

Loving Kate Bosworth in Valentino- she always gets it right. Rachel Weisz in Oscar de la Renta looks uber classy and the color is stunning. Rachel Bilson channels a retro feeling in Louis Vuitton.

Emma Roberts in Marni and Elizabeth Banks in Gucci show how polar opposite a little black dress can be. One sophisticated, one funky, both looks totally fun.

The Models: Jessica Stam in Rachel Roy, Bar Refaeli in Rag & Bone and Amber Valletta- all beyond gorgeous but that's a given.
