So so so jealous of Blake Lively's Balmain Fall 2009 dress that she wore to the Emmy after parties. This shit is fierce. I obviously won't be able to afford a Balmain anytime soon (some dresses are around $13,000!!!) but I most definitely can appreciate them from afar. Gossip girl would be proud.
