Happy Halloween!

Happy Halloween! I hope you all have a fun and safe day filled with lots of candy and sweets [this pile of goodies by our front door has been deadly... I can't resist Reese's mini pumpkins!]! The week got ahead of us so we plan on carving our pumpkins this afternoon and taking Hudson out for a bit for his first trick or treating experience... He is dressing up as Santa Claus! XOXO

Hope your weekend is off to a great start, this week seemed to fly by! We are attending our last wedding of the year tomorrow at the beautiful Descanso Gardens... Also planning on carving our pumpkins for Halloween! I pinned a few Halloween recipes and decorating ideas to my Holiday Decor + Treats board on Pinterest if you need some inspiration! XOXO

How I Spent My... Weekend

This past weekend we took a drive out to Underwood Family Farms in Moorpark for Hudson's first pumpkin patch experience. It was a bit of a drive but definitely worth it! There was a petting zoo, pony rides, face painting, live music, games, a farmer's market, food trucks and an endless amount of pumpkins to choose from. We also had a fun celebrity sighting: January Jones from Mad Men and her adorable little boy. On our way home we stopped at our favorite salad place on the Westside, La Scala, and spent the rest of the day decorating... I can't wait to share Hudson's first Halloween costumes and our carved pumpkins next week! Hope your weekend was great! XOXO

How I Spent My... Weekend

All of the bridesmaids with the beautiful bride at her luncheon Friday. 

Our thoughtful gift was this Kate Spade bracelet and this pink and white stripe Victoria Secret sleep shirt that we all wore the day of [also included inside: champagne and a personal note from the groom!].

This past Friday and Saturday I got to be a part of all the amazing celebrations for one of my best friend's wedding. It was truly a magical weekend... the bride looked stunning and I'm so thankful that she found her perfect match! One last wedding at the end of this month before "wedding season" is officially over for me this year. XOXO
